Raul Cervantes

Raul has extensive experience managing municipal and transportation projects. Prior to joining Mark Thomas, Raul served as the City of Roseville’s Senior Engineer over the City Projects Section. Raul’s project experience includes design and construction management of major local roadway improvements, bridges, local roadway maintenance, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, civil transit improvements, flood improvements, buildings, and streetscape designs. Raul is knowledgeable of the different local, state, and building standards. He has also been involved with the CEQA and NEPA environmental clearance on roadway projects.
