Jason is experienced in the analysis, design, and preparation of PS&E packages for bridge and retaining wall projects. He has been responsible for all aspects of bridge project development, from preparing advance planning studies, retrofit strategy reports, and type selection reports during preliminary engineering to the preparation of PS&E production documents to shop drawing reviews and field investigations during construction. As division manager, he is responsible for leading the structures team, developing staff, and ensuring quality project delivery for our structures projects.
