Details

Description

Mark Thomas prepared environmental studies, preliminary and final engineering for the Roseville Parkway Extension. The extension is a new four lane, 300 foot long bridge over Industrial Avenue and the UPRR tracks with associated road segments to connect the existing Roseville Parkway between Foothills Boulevard and Washington Boulevard.

In addition to the roadway extension, the project included a Class I path along the north side of the roadway, providing a high-quality regional active transportation facility. Additional tasks included utility coordination, construction plans, PS&E, bid documents, and construction support. We also helped secured CPUC authorization to construct and UPRR agreements. The project was delivered under an aggressive schedule.
