Soil Born Farms Parking Improvements

Mark Thomas provided final design and construction management for this project, which was located along Chase Drive at the Soil Born Farms property and within the Soil Born Farms in the City of Rancho Cordova. The project limits begin from Chase Drive, where it enters Hagan Park and creates a new connection into Soil Born Farms.

The project included the construction of a new paved parking lot and a new entry roadway at Soil Born Farm. The site improvements also included the installation of storm drain improvements, installation of ADA improvements, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, and signing and traffic striping.
