Description
Mark Thomas provided construction management and inspection services for the Citywide Residential Resurfacing Project, Phases I, II, and III. The project included pavement resurfacing and water main replacements of several streets through the City, enhancing accessibility within and surrounding the community.
The resurfacing project included pavement rehabilitation, removal and replacement of ADA ramps, rehabilitation of cross gutters, curb, gutter, sidewalk, grade manholes and values adjustments, speedbumps, street signs, and striping, driveway approaches and ADA access ramps constructed with approved transitions to adjacent A/C pavements, and all other existing items adjacent to the City’s improvement.
