Mark Thomas welcomes Jim Simon as Northern California CM Area Manager. With nearly 40 years of public and private sector experience, he has led major infrastructure projects. He will lead the CM team and support local agency clients.
We’re proud to welcome Jim Simon to the Mark Thomas team as Construction Management (CM) Area Manager for Northern California.
Jim brings nearly 40 years of leadership experience in both the public and private sectors, and has provided construction management services for various infrastructure projects including highways, complex bridges, interchanges, rail, and business park & community improvement facilities. In his new role, Jim will lead our growing CM team and partner with our clients to deliver impactful local agency projects across Northern California.
