We’re proud to welcome Garrett Dekker to the Mark Thomas team as Senior Project Manager – Structures. Garrett is a Bay Area-based bridge engineer and senior project manager. He brings a steady, practical approach to problem-solving and enjoys work that balances technical judgment with team-based collaboration. Garrett is a proven leader in the delivery of complex structures projects, including bridges and related infrastructure. With ten years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams, he plays a key role in guiding projects from concept through construction while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client service.
In his new role, Garrett joins our structures leadership group, partnering with clients and project teams to deliver innovative, resilient infrastructure throughout the region.
