Mark Thomas Selected to Provide CM Services and Materials Testing for Monument Boulevard Signal Upgrade Project
We're pleased to announce that we have been selected to provide construction management (CM) services and materials testing services for the Monument Boulevard Signal Upgrade project in the City of Concord!
Our CM team will support the City with installation of fiber optic communications cable in conduit, pull boxes, fiber optic splicing, and modifications of traffic signals – including reflective traffic signal borders and battery backup system upgrades – along Monument Boulevard. This project is funded by Measure V Local Funds. The project modifications of traffic signals including reflective traffic signal borders and battery backup system upgrades and installation of fiber-optic cable would allow for each traffic signal to communicate and transmit real-time traffic conditions to local operations centers to enable improved signal timing and better overall traffic flow.
