Mark Thomas Selected for Final Design of SR 113/CR 25A Interchange Improvements in Woodland
Mark Thomas will deliver final design for Woodland’s SR 113/CR 25A interchange upgrade, adding roundabouts, improving traffic flow and safety, and enhancing bike and pedestrian access to support sustainable mobility and future growth.
Mark Thomas been selected to provide final design for the SR 113/CR 25A Interchange Modification project in the City of Woodland.
This project follows the successful completion of the Caltrans Project Report by Mark Thomas. Our team will lead the redesign of the interchange to improve traffic operations, safety, and multimodal access. This includes realigning and adding roundabouts to the ramp intersections and enhancing pedestrian and bicycle facilities to support sustainable transportation. We’ll also ensure compliance with all environmental requirements and deliver plans that enable efficient, high-quality construction.
These improvements will reduce congestion, enhance connectivity, and support future growth in the Woodland community, and we look forward to partnering with the City of Woodland to bring this important project to life.
