Mark Thomas Celebrates Major Milestone in McKinley Street Grade Separation Project in Corona

We’re thrilled to announce a recent major milestone on the McKinley Street Grade Separation Project in the City of Corona!
The 2.4-million-pound bridge steel tied arch network bridge was moved overnight to where it will permanently sit over the BNSF railroad tracks. It was moved approximately 500 feet in a 10-hour period using Self Propelled Modular Transports, this is the same technology NASA uses to move space shuttles throughout their facility. Our team is providing comprehensive project management services for the project which will elevate McKinley Street over the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) tracks south of SR-91.
