Engaging the Community: Outreach Efforts for Laguna Canyon Road Improvements Project to Enhance Safety and Connectivity
Our team is providing preliminary engineering and environmental documentation (PE/ED) services for the Laguna Canyon Road (SR-133) Improvements Project in the City of Laguna Beach.
As part of our efforts on the project, branded as Protect & Connect, we are holding community outreach pop-up meetings and one-on-ones with local businesses! We recently attended the Laguna Beach Farmers Market and had over 100 interactions with community members, where they were able to provide their feedback and ask any questions they had of our team. The project goals include the undergrounding of utilities, enhancing corridor safety, and improving multi-modal connectivity for pedestrians and bicyclists.
