Celebrating UCI Students Advancing Innovation in Senior Design Projects
UCI students showcased their senior design projects at the Samueli School of Engineering Annual Design Review. Jordan Herrington highlighted teamwork, progress, and the guidance of industry advisors shaping the next generation of engineers.
Last week, students from the University of California, Irvine had the opportunity to present their senior design projects at the UCI Samueli School of Engineering Annual Design Review. Among them, Jordan Herrington shared his team’s progress and reflected on the experience:
“I had a great time telling people about our project. We are halfway there! Shoutout to my team—Ginikachi Arisa, EIT, Hafsa Bariami, EIT, Kailana Nishiura, EIT, Geoffrey Vander Veen, and Benjamin Lukas White—for being such a great group to work with!”
Jordan also expressed gratitude to the team’s industry advisors, including our very own Jackie Young, Ricky Chan, Kimberly Barling, and Kevin Tasci, for their guidance throughout the quarter.
The Mark Thomas team values opportunities to engage with future engineers and looks forward to supporting their continued growth and innovation.
