Mark Thomas joined partners and community members to celebrate the State Route 99/120 Phase 1A Ribbon Cutting; an important milestone for County of San Joaquin and San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG).
The SR 99/120 Connector Project represents more than a decade of coordinated planning, design, and delivery to address congestion, improve safety, and support the efficient movement of people and goods along a critical regional corridor. Our team supported this effort from the earliest stages through final design for Phase 1A, and contributed to key phases including project approval and environmental documentation (PA&ED), right of way and permitting, and complex stakeholder coordination, including with UPRR.
This work reflects a multidisciplinary approach, bringing together transportation, structures, surveying, and landscape architecture to advance a highly complex interchange. Phase 1A delivers meaningful improvements to mobility and reliability, benefiting residents, commuters, and the regional economy. Mark Thomas is proud to partner with SJCOG, Caltrans District 10, and regional stakeholders to help deliver infrastructure that supports the long-term success of San Joaquin County.
