Building the Future: Lynn Odgiiv’s Commitment to Inspiring the Next Generation of Engineers
Beyond her role as Senior Project Manager, Lynn Odgiiv champions STEM through WTS Orange County & K-12 and college classrooms, inspiring future engineers through hands-on learning and mentorship.
Outside of her role as a Senior Project Manager on our structures team, Lynn Odgiiv is deeply committed to volunteering and supporting the next generation of engineers through education and outreach.
Each year, Lynn volunteers her time to help put together Girls in Engineering Day with WTS Orange County. Through this annual event, she supports hands-on activities that introduce young students to STEM and encourage interest in engineering at an early age.
Lynn also volunteers in elementary school classrooms. This year, she led a Lego shake table activity with her daughter’s second-grade class, giving students a fun and engaging way to learn about structures, problem-solving, and design.
Her dedication goes beyond K-12, where she regularly participates in outreach events with the senior class at California State University, Fullerton. Through these efforts, she connects with students as they prepare to enter the engineering profession and shares real-world insight from her experience.
