Amber Collins Promoted to Transportation Planning Division Manager

Amber has served as Senior Project Manager on our transportation team and brings 16 years of experience in planning, funding, and delivering transportation projects in California, having worked in both the public and private sectors.

As the Transportation Planning Division Manager, Amber will lead our planning & funding group and coordinate funding & project delivery with local partners and funding agencies, facilitate multimodal transportation planning efforts, and guide strategic planning and policy development with public, staff, and policy makers.
