Josh has experience as a successful project manager on numerous complete streets, transportation and roadways corridor projects providing project management, planning, and final design services. His passion includes providing innovative solutions on roadway infrastructure projects that require complete streets and active transportation elements and threading the needle through complex right of way and utility corridors. He has also led over 50 miles of transportation corridor improvements throughout Southern California over the last 10 years.

I was born in Sacramento and grew up in Northern California until I was a teenager – then, I moved to Coachella Valley, Inland Empire, and Orange County until I was 30 years old. I have lived in Racho Cucamonga for over a decade.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I’ve played guitar for over 20 years, and I was in a punk rock band through college.
What's your favorite way to spend a weekend?
Gardening in the backyard, or interacting with my two daughters in their various activities (piano, softball, dance, and soccer).
