Ryan Bissegger

Ryan has held various roles including marketing, business development, and grant writing. Ryan has grown to become Mark Thomas’ funding expert. He is very knowledgeable of federal and state funding sources including the Active Transportation Program (ATP), Senate Bill (SB 1) programs, Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program (TIRCP), Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI) program, Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) program, and other discretionary programs. He tracks programs and is knowledgeable of grant schedules. He has provided funding strategies and recommendations to agencies to pursue to implement improvements. Ryan has experience developing and reviewing grant applications. His understanding of funding programs and experience developing proposals have been leveraged in the preparation of competitive grants.
