Robert brings almost five decades of engineering experience with a focus on the study, design, and condition assessment of wastewater collection systems. His experience includes providing sewer rehabilitation design, sliplining projects, conditions assessment of water and wastewater, and implementing a sewer system management plan for different sanitation, flood control, and sewer districts, as well as cities and counties. He has successfully completed multiple sewer system master plans, condition assessments, alignment studies, and design projects in dense urban environments.
