Pat is an experienced engineer, with a focus on municipal transportation and other complex capital improvement projects. He actively engages third parties, including regulatory agencies, utility companies, Class I and commuter rail and CPUC, coordinating early and often through the project life cycle. These relationships and this approach will lead to project approvals and on-time project delivery. His career also includes 12 years working in the public sector, which provides him with a detailed understanding of governmental and agency processes, project finance and needs analysis, as well as the technical and contractual requirements for the design and construction of civil projects.
He has unparalleled experience on grade separation projects, which allows him to quickly assess and address the issues on a project of this nature. Within the last 20 years, Pat has been involved in 24 grade separation projects, 17 of which that are constructed.

Born and raised in Orange County, California.
What’s a fun fact about you?
We bought our cabin last summer. It was my childhood cabin and has been out of the family for 25 years, now it’s back in! Even the bathrooms are original – hence why I’m working on it.
What's your favorite way to spend a weekend?
I like traveling. My current hobby is working on my cabin in Big Bear.
