Jacob brings over two decades of broad experience in land surveying and has served as Survey Project Manager for large infrastructure design projects, including multiple highway grade separations, high-pressure gas line replacements, and numerous other utility and transportation surveys. Jacob has extensive field and office experience in boundary and topographic mapping, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, land descriptions, Records of Survey, monument preservation programs, boundary & dispute resolution, and precise rail surveys. Jacob specializes in process-improvement and mentorship and has worked as a technical expert for the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists (BPELSG). He has provided litigation support for numerous legal cases and been consulted as an expert witness. Jacob has also served on the board of the Orange County chapter of the California Land Surveyors’ Association.
