Frank brings over three decades of experience in the planning, design, and construction of capital improvement projects. Frank also performs construction inspections for public and private-sector projects and conducts constructability reviews of plans for a variety of projects. During the course of his career, he has developed a broad understanding of bridge design and preparation of geometric plans for freeways and interchanges, bridge and retaining wall design and construction support. Frank also performs construction inspections for public and private-sector projects.
Currently, Frank is helping to manage the assets and daily operations for three sewer districts (Cupertino Sanitary District, County Sanitation District, and Burbank Sanitary District).
