Etty is experienced in the design and construction of transit and transportation engineering projects including complex multi-discipline projects, including design-build (DB) and construction management/general contractor (CM/GC) delivery. Her experience includes all phases of project development from conceptual design, preliminary engineering, and environmental clearance through to final design and construction. During the design and construction process, she has coordinated project elements with a wide variety of agencies, multiple utilities, numerous sub consultants, and other concurrent construction projects. She is experienced in structure and civil engineering designs, design-criteria development, public outreach, constructability and value engineering reviews, utility relocations, complex construction staging, specifications, and cost estimating.
