Darlene brings over 13 years of experience in transit planning and grant writing. She has expertise in developing technical reports; creating maps and visual aids; conducting stakeholder and community outreach; analyzing and interpreting transit operations performance data; developing special rail and bus operations plans, and grant writing. She has led the development of grant applications for clients such as SBCTA, San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission, and LA Metro in addition to serving as a technical task leader for multiple transit and active transportation planning projects throughout Central and Southern California.
