Darin brings more than four decades of experience in civil engineering and structural design with public works projects. He has been responsible for the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for freeway improvement, interchange, arterial roadway, and local agency roadway improvement projects. As Division Manager, Darin leads a team of transportation experts to deliver innovative projects to our clients in the Southern California region.
