Jump-Start Your Career with Mark Thomas

Our 2026 Internship Program is enrolling now! Learn more about our program and apply.

Internship Benefits

Internships offer invaluable opportunities for personal and professional growth, providing hands-on experience in a real-world work environment. Interns and new graduates at Mark Thomas work directly on projects from day one, applying theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom to practical situations, enhancing your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. Internships also help build soft skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and time management. You will get to work and network directly with experienced technical professionals, helping build your network before entering the workforce full-time.

Many of our interns return year after year and/or are offered full-time positions ahead of graduation. Through our internship program, new graduates enter the workforce with an in-depth understanding of the industry and improved technical skills.

Recent/Upcoming Graduates

If you don’t join Mark Thomas through our internship program, we offer a dedicated onboarding and training process for new graduates, designed to support your success. Our entry-level learning paths include structured online courses that equip you with the tools to hit the ground running and grow in your role. You’ll also receive hands-on training from peers, supervisors, and senior technical staff. In addition, we offer monthly live training sessions, open to all team members, covering a wide range of technical and professional development topics.
