Building the Next Generation of Project Leaders at PM Academy
Our annual PM Academy brought current and emerging project managers together for two days of hands-on learning, mentorship, and collaboration focused on leadership, project delivery, and professional growth across Mark Thomas.
In April 2026, Mark Thomas kicked off another year of the PM Academy program. PM Academy is our immersive, two-day seminar where senior leaders work closely with small groups to deliver hands-on, interactive training for both current and emerging project managers. The goal is to strengthen both technical project management skills and the leadership capabilities that drive successful project delivery.
This year’s sessions focused on key areas including scope, schedule, and budget management; quality and communication; leadership and team development; decision-making and problem-solving; and the business development and proposal process.
What continues to make PM Academy impactful is the opportunity to learn directly from experienced leaders while collaborating with peers across Mark Thomas. It’s always energizing to see our teams investing in their growth and building the skills needed to take on increasingly complex projects and leadership roles.
