Paul brings almost three decades of experience in municipal, transportation, and project management experience. He is an accomplished project manager with experience and has delivered over $50 million in A/E contract work for complex/multi-agency projects in the Inland Empire. Paul is hands-on with every discipline of a project that leads to streamlined reviews and approvals from third parties and regulatory agencies. He has a strong familiarity with the region and has designed / managed multimodal and heavy highway projects with multi-discipline solutions throughout Southern California. Paul brings a thorough understanding of project delivery from inception to completion.
