Daniel Blomquist, PE

Daniel brings over 25 years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in design and construction of roadway and transportation facilities, including transit and non-motorized transportation design. He has experience working on planning, design and construction of improvements in the public right of way, requiring NEPA and CEQA documentation, compliance with Federal, State and local design standards including NACTO design guidelines, Caltrans Highway Design Manual, and the California MUTCD. He has extensive experience with compliance with current ADA requirements; preparing of plans, specifications and estimates; management of state and federal grants; and preparing presentations to community groups, committees, boards, and councils.
