He brings decades of leadership experience from the U.S. Army, where he most recently served as Commander and District Engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District. His background includes leading teams, managing large-scale engineering projects, and contributing to strategic planning at senior levels of Army leadership. He has a consistent track record of building effective, high-performing teams and emphasizes integrity and collaboration in his leadership approach.
In his role as COO, Chad will work closely with divisional leaders and project managers to support the firm’s operational goals.
