Erik has almost three decades of experience and leads Mark Thomas’ landscape architecture and urban design division. His experience involves a full spectrum of professional services from feasibility studies, master planning, streetscape design, and community outreach to construction management. His knowledge of various safety, traffic calming, and streetscape issues has been essential to public agency clients in achieving workable solutions. Recent projects include conceptual design and construction documents for streetscape, trail, and traffic calming projects.
As division manager, Erik’s focus is developing a thriving landscape architecture service for Mark Thomas by being client-driven, approaching all projects from a user’s quality of life perspective, managing a diverse and engaging project base, and above all, providing the support and coaching necessary to cultivate the growth and empowerment of our amazing team of landscape architects and designers.
