The SLV Schools Access Study included coordination with private property owners, and five distinct agencies; SCCRTC, Caltrans, Santa Cruz County, SLVUSD, and the Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District to develop a schedule and phasing plan. The schedule and phasing plan was developed to include a well defined set of implementation recommendations identified for near term, medium term, or long term to advance final concept plans, and will identify lead agencies or organizations, implementation schedule, estimated implementation costs, and potential funding sources.
