Shawn has extensive experience in municipal, land development and transportation engineering. He has designed and managed a wide variety of projects, including transit centers, park and ride lots, bike and pedestrian improvements, trails, local roadways, freeway interchanges and managed lanes, utility relocations, residential subdivisions, and industrial and commercial developments. Shawn brings a thorough understanding of a project from inception to completion. His experience includes leading the master plan preparation, through geometric design, drainage and utility design, utility coordination and the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates.
