Description

Mark Thomas is providing final design for the Navy Way and Seaside Avenue Interchange Improvement. The I-710/SR-47/Seaside Avenue corridor is an important segment that currently carries 10% of all US waterborne containers. Our team is responsible for design, stakeholder coordination, grant funding support and all other aspects related to ensure the project is constructed on time and within grant funding deadlines.

Our preliminary design efforts were critical in the Port obtaining $41M in grant funding. Improvements will reconfigure this intersection, remove the existing traffic signal and modify access that will relieve congestion, reduce travel times and improve the movement of goods through the San Pedro Bay Port complex.
