Zach participated alongside Orange County Business Council President and CEO, Jeff Ball, Orange County Transportation Authority CEO, Darrell Johnson, Transportation Corridor Agencies CEO, Ryan Chamberlain, and Carrie Schindler of the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority. This collective effort underscores the importance of public-private collaboration in advancing sustainable, future-ready mobility solutions.
