Florin Road Pavement Rehabilitation

Mark Thomas provided final design for pavement rehabilitation as part of the Florin Road Vision Zero Safety Project. Services included preliminary and final design, utility mapping, pavement design, and bidding and construction support. The project aimed to improve safety along Florin Road between 24th Street and Munson Way, a corridor identified as one of the top five in the region for fatal or serious crashes involving pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists.
