Mark Thomas Team Inspires the Next Generation on Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day
Team members across the State are helping inspire young girls in our communities in observance of Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day (IGED)!
Danielle Del Rosario, Etty Mercurio, Rachel Wooldridge, Keiko Pagaduan, and Sophie Rucker helped lead a bridge-building activity at Riverview Middle School, Christensen Middle School, East Avenue Middle School, American High School, and Junction Ave TK-8 in the East Bay Area yesterday.
We’re also thrilled to help sponsor WTS Orange County with a popsicle bridge-building event on March 15th, with volunteers Lynn Odgiiv, Kim Nguyen, Esther Chu, and Tina Dinh from our Irvine office. Our team members join other industry leaders to demonstrate engineering methods and help build confidence for students exploring careers in STEM. We’re proud to support this endeavor in exposing students to engineering through fun activities and great role models!
