Mark Thomas Selected to Update Kings County's Regional Active Transportation Plan for Enhanced Mobility and Safety

We’re thrilled to share that the County of Kings - California Association of Governments (KCAG) has selected us to update their existing Regional Active Transportation Plan (RATP), also known as the Kings County Walk and Bike Plan!
KCAG developed the RATP in 2019 to promote public health, benefit disadvantaged communities, and define network recommendations for the unincorporated County and local cities. Updated recommendations will inform implementation for an improved network of active transportation facilities to support bicycling, pedestrian, & other mobile activities, reduce greenhouse gases, and enhance safety and accessibility for active transportation users.
