Joshua Cosper Promoted to Senior Project Manager + Associate

Josh brings 20 years of experience as a successful project manager on numerous complete streets, transportation, and roadways corridor projects, providing project management, planning, and final design services.

His passion includes providing innovative solutions on roadway infrastructure projects that require complete streets and active transportation elements and threading the needle through complex right of way and utility corridors. As Associate, Josh will help lead our transportation team to deliver innovative projects to our clients in Southern California.
