Dave Moritz Promoted to Southern California Regional Leader

Dave joined Mark Thomas in August 2023 as an Associate Principal, bringing more than 30 years of industry experience, including having served in leadership positions.

In his role, Dave will lead our Southern California team of civil & structural engineers, construction managers, land surveyors, landscape architects, and transportation planners to deliver cutting-edge projects to our clients within the region.
