Mark Thomas Selected to Provide Design & Environmental Services for Main Street Bike and Pedestrian Improvement Project

We're excited to announce that we have been selected to provide design and environmental services for the Main Street Bike and Pedestrian Improvement Project in the City of Manteca!
Our team prepared the grant application for the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) that helped the City secure funds to improve a portion of Main Street from Northgate to Alameda Street. The proposed bike and pedestrian improvements include installation of Class II bike lanes, installation of a raised median, enhanced pedestrian crossings, modification of signal loops, and installation of pedestrian median fencing.
