Our landscape architecture division applies over 50 years of collective experience and a unique design perspective to each master plan to identify realistic and implementable strategies.

Approaching park design requires knowledge, expertise and creativity. We do our homework to discover the uniqueness of a site to create an innovative, fresh design. We address all issues during the design process to maximize use and minimize costs, such as neighbor sensitivity to lighting and activity, noise, field size, court size, maintenance, drainage, material durability, and playability. Athletic facilities should not be add-ons placed on the site, but integrated elements seamlessly blended into the concept and function of the park as a whole while accounting for the needs of user groups and neighbors.
