We Provide Comprehensive Management for Sanitary Districts

Mark Thomas provides district management services for sanitary sewer districts. We provide the entire staffing required to provide district administration, management, engineering, and operation services. This includes sewer system master planning, condition assessment, maintenance, inspection, and billing & collection of payment. We also develop the districts’ capital improvement plans, design the improvements, and provide construction management and inspection. These capital improvement projects have included pipe and pump station rehabilitation & replacement.

We also own and operate a truck specifically designed to perform closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspections of sewer mains and storm drains. Mark Thomas has a team of qualified CCTV technicians and professionals who perform inspections and condition assessments on a variety of storm and sanitary sewer pipes. Following industry guidelines such as NASSCO Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP), Manhole Assessment and Certification Program (MACP), and Lateral Assessment and Certification Program (LACP), our team inspects pipes, providing coding and grading of pipe defects.
