Since 2017, we have had a focused effort on creating an inclusive workplace. This has included identifying the education, policy, and behavioral changes needed to meet our goal.

Our Inclusion Initiatives

Flexible Work

Our in-person work policies provide the flexibility our team members need to be successful, recognizing that many have caregiving or other responsibilities at home or in their community. We also provide flexible working hours, including core hours, 9/80 schedules, and remote work options.

Employee-Driven Engagement

We encourage our team members to identify and lead engagement activities, and adapt as our teams change and grow. These have ranged from informal employee engagement groups, like Young Professionals, to engagement events like in-office game nights and group sporting events.

Inclusive Scheduling

We plan a range of company events so our team members can join in in a way that works for them. We recognize that our employees have varying schedules and responsibilities at home, so we plan social events both during the workday and after hours, providing flexibility and opportunities for participation from all segments of our team.

Demographic Reporting

We publish demographic data for our workforce, broken down by level in the company, gender, and ethnic background. This data allows us key data to compare our demographic mix against our goal of representing the communities in which we live and work, at all levels.
