Professional Development As a professional firm, we actively encourage each individual to continue developing through active participation and leadership in professional and community organizations. We support that effort by allowing staff to dedicate time each month to such activities and by paying 100 percent of annual memberships to professional organizations listed below (upon approval and up to $150 per year). In addition, we pay 50 percent of the annual license fee for professional engineers or licensed land surveyors.
