Everyone at Mark Thomas & Company plays an active role in our clients’ satisfaction and the company’s success. We keep communication flowing through a monthly company wide “all hands” conference call, office-level and company-wide workshops, monthly training sessions, off-site seminars, newsletters, and social activities that we sponsor.

Valuing the contribution of each employee is also reflected in our open communication policy that includes sharing our strategic business plan and complete financial picture with the entire staff. Our goal is to ensure employees remain personally, as well as professionally, satisfied with their jobs by creating an atmosphere that increases interaction.

We encourage employees to connect through social activities that include an annual picnic, golf tournament, and holiday party. We also sponsor a company ski trip and a golf club that holds monthly tournaments. Community involvement is also encouraged through support of such volunteer activities as Breast Cancer Walk, Race for the Cure and other charitable activities our employees wish to organize.

We believe strongly in our role of supporting the engineering profession and both encourage and pay for our employees’ participation in professional organizations. Support of the profession extends to an active internship program that is available to students on a summer-only and year-around basis.
