Lohman, PE Principal in Charge A member of Mark Thomas & Company since 1982 and firm principal since 1996, Lohman has more than 20 years' experience in municipal and transportation engineering, working with municipalities, resource agencies, and Caltrans. He brings extensive experience in planning and designing roadways and infrastructure improvements throughout Northern California, and in managing environmental clearance for those projects. In addition to design, his expertise includes handling all aspects of right of way, drainage systems, utility placement, pedestrian traffic, and railroad crossings. Lohman manages the firm's Walnut Creek office and oversees municipal and transportation projects for the firm, working closely with the firm's engineering and design staff on various projects. In addition, Lohman is responsible for the firm's quality assurance and control program.
