Providing engineering design and environmental services in house encourages a level of communication and coordination that allows environmental documents to be prepared on time and on budget. Our combined service approach also enables early action on environmental requirements that helps clients avoid problems and pitfalls.
We bring extensive experience designing and coordinating environmental review on projects that require compliance with both the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Our staff has successfully prepared environmental documents for the following project types:

- Pedestrian and bicycle pathways and overcrossings
- Site development
In addition to coordinating the environmental review and providing public outreach where required, we assist clients in the scoping process, identifying key issues, developing practical and feasible mitigation measures, and obtaining permits to allow projects to go to construction.
Our experience in preparing environmental documents to comply with CEQA includes:
- Categorical exemptions
- Preliminary environmental analysis reports
- Initial studies
- Mitigated negative declarations
- Environmental impact reports
We also prepare the following types of NEPA documents:
