Managing sanitary districts has been an integral
part of Mark Thomas's client services since 1956. In addition to
daily management, administration, capital improvement and inspection
services, district management means ensuring government regulation compliance.
Our experience includes compliance with programs such as GASB 34, the
fats oils and grease (FOG) program, and sewer system management program.
We provide maintenance and 24 hour operations for more than 300 miles
of sanitary sewer lines and laterals, 4,000 manholes and 17 sanitary
sewage pump lift stations.
