Whether you go through an internship with us and then work for our firm or take a position with someone else, you'll get a solid foundation and the opportunity to be an active member of one or more engineering design teams. As an intern, we consider you part of the company and will involve you in projects we're working on. You'll have the chance to perform to the top of your skills under the guidance of a licensed engineer or surveyor who will direct and verify your work. As expected, task complexity increases over time, depending on your skill and performance. Tasks performed by our interns have included performing design tasks and analyzing design options; performing, checking and presenting engineering calculations; calculating material quantities; generating CAD drawings; editing plans; and many others.
