We're proud of the mutual admiration we share with our student interns. In fact, it's not uncommon for us to offer our interns their first jobs after graduation and for them to accept our offers. That's because mentoring is a very big part of our corporate culture. We know that engineering classes are critical to becoming an engineer, but that no amount of theory or practice problems can compare to working with engineering professionals on real-world projects.
